Beato Claudio Granzotto, francescano e scultore
Friar Claudio Granzotto (1900-1947), beatified by John Paul II in 1994, is a singular figure of a friar-sculptor. In this book, for the first time, the whole of his work is studied in the context of the artistic currents of the early twentieth century and in the light of an in-depth theological investigation. Fascinated by the Holy Shroud, Brother Claudio became the interpreter of the richness of the Christian mystery, adopting as a central point the face of Christ, in the footsteps of the Poverello of Assisi who throughout his life wanted and proposed the face of Christ.
ALESSIO DELLE CAVE Franciscan Friar Minor engaged in youth ministry. The book reproduces the thesis of license in spiritual theology
