Le figlie di santa Chiara in Bergamo dal xiii secolo ai nostri giorni
The community of Clarisse currently present in Bergamo wanted to involve three scholars specializing in history in a research on the origins and developments of the presence of the daughters of St. Clare in the orobic city.
This book was born divided into three sections dedicated respectively to the Middle Ages, the modern age and the contemporary era. Through in-depth historical analysis it is possible to appreciate first of all the tenacious fidelity of the Poor Clares to their charism; and together emerges the ability to welcome and live the different historical changes as providential references to the heart of their vocation: life according to the Gospel following the example of Francis and Clare of Assisi.
