There are passages in life that require a new departure, marking a break with the equilibrium point reached before. One of these steps seems to be at the center of vision covered in this book: the sisters of St. Damiano have heard the same voice of Clare, who is the protagonist along with Francis, and have told at length in their statements during the process of canonization of St. Clare.
