Ipotesi sull’anima
The third volume of the Opera Omnia by Prof. M. Malaguti presents a long philosophical meditation that intends to reflect on the first, original perception of our existence, starting from the experience of our ego. The deep core of the human being is reached with a philosophical approach, and is revealed by the "identity of the self". The Author is attentive and open to the problems arising from contemporary scientific and technological achievements, thus creating an interesting complementarity between the philosophical and scientific method for a deeper knowledge of man.
MAURIZIO MALAGUTI (1942-2018) Distinguished scholar of the philosophical sciences, in particular of the Christian contribution to the history of thought, is lecturer in Philosophy of Religion, Philosophical Hermeneutics and Theoretical Philosophy at the University of Bologna. At the time of his death he was President of the Bonaventurian Studies Center in Bagnoregio.
